आपके अपनों का साथी
Care for your parents at home, even when you can't be there.
A coordinator who knows them by name. Nurses and doctors at the door when they're needed. A person answering every SOS within two minutes, day or night. And the updates you choose, in the detail you want. In Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
In a medical emergency right now, call 112.
Three things you can count on
How it starts
We don't cut corners at the start. Getting to know your parents properly is what makes care safe later.
- You call or write to us
We call back within 2 hours
We listen, answer your questions, and explain honestly what we can and can't do. - A first home visit
Within 48 hours
A nurse and your coordinator meet your parents at home, see the house, and understand their day. - A full start, nothing skipped
Within 7 days
A geriatric assessment, the complete medical history, consent read in Hindi, the family circle, the emergency profile, and a care plan signed by a doctor. - Care begins, and keeps adjusting
Reviewed every 3 months
Visits, reminders, doctors and outings, with every condition reviewed on schedule and whenever things change.
What we can do for each condition
For dementia, Parkinson's, stroke, heart failure and more, we tell you plainly what we can safely do at home at each stage, what must be in place, and when a person needs more than home care. You agree to it in writing before care starts.

Who comes to your parents' door
- Every nurse, doctor and therapist is registered with their council, identity-checked and police verified before their first visit.
- You see their photo, their verifications and what other families rated them before they arrive.
- They say a four-digit visit code at the door, so your parents know it's the right person.
- One family member can follow them live on a map while they travel.
- After each visit you rate them. Ask for the same person again, or never again: you decide.
"I have looked after my own grandmother through her last years. I speak Hindi and Punjabi."
Your parents' information is protected under India's data protection law. We never sell it, never show advertising, and share it only as they choose.
Our promises, with the clock running
We measure every one of these from our own records, every day, and report them to you.

Questions families ask us
Are you a hospital or a nursing agency?
Neither. We coordinate your parents' care at home: a coordinator, our Medical Director's protocols, and verified nurses, doctors, therapists, hospitals, labs and pharmacies who do the clinical work. We stay responsible for choosing them well, checking them, and following up.
What happens in an emergency?
Your parent presses SOS on the phone, the TV, or says it to the speaker. A person answers within 2 minutes, day or night, calls the ambulance and the hospital if needed, and tells the family within 5 minutes. A home-monitoring sensor can raise the alarm after a fall too. For any emergency you can always call 112 first.
My mother has dementia. Can you help?
Often, yes, depending on the stage. For each stage we tell you what we can safely do at home and what must be in place, such as an attendant for part or all of the day, door safety, or a GPS tracker. We never restrain anyone or lock them in. If needs grow beyond what's safe at home, we tell you plainly and help you arrange the right care.
Who are the nurses and attendants, and can I choose?
Registered, identity-checked and police-verified professionals, trained for older people. You see each person's photo, verifications and ratings. After every visit you can ask for the same person again, or never again, and we follow your choice.
I live abroad. How will I know what's happening?
You choose the topics (medicines, readings, visits, doctors, bills and more) and how often you hear, on WhatsApp or in the app. You'll also get a weekly letter, and your coordinator is a phone call away. We work in Indian time and yours.
My parents only speak Hindi and don't use smartphones.
That's who we built Dua Saathi for. They can use a TV, a simple speaker, or just talk to Saathi, our companion, in Hindi. Everything important is read to them, in person, before they agree to it.
What is Saathi? Is it a person?
Saathi is an AI companion, and it always says so. It keeps your parents company as a friend, and if they wish as a gentle spiritual companion in their own tradition. It reminds them about medicines and passes anything worrying, or any wish to talk to a person, to our team straight away.
What does it cost, and can we stop any time?
A monthly membership, with services priced before they're booked and charged only when used. There's a monthly statement and optional AutoPay. You can stop with 30 days' notice; if a parent passes away or moves into long-term care, unused days are refunded.
Will you help with health insurance?
Yes, with the cover your parents already have. We keep track of renewals, tell you which of our services may be claimable, help file claims, and help parents over 70 get the free Ayushman Vay Vandana card. We don't sell insurance and take no commission from insurers.
How do you look after my parents' personal data?
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Your parents decide who in the family sees what. Health details are seen only by the care team and the people they choose. We keep data only as long as the law and our notice say, and never sell it or show advertising.
Both my parents need care. Do you plan for them together?
Yes. We plan for a couple as a couple: one home, one coordinator, and a plan for who looks after whom if one of them is in hospital. The second partner's membership is discounted.
Which areas do you serve?
Gurugram and Delhi NCR to begin with, through resident welfare associations and societies we work with. Ask us about your parents' area.
Talk to us, or ask for a first visit
We call back within 2 hours between 8 am and 8 pm, or by 10 am the next morning. There's no charge and no obligation for the first conversation.
